You can contact us by email or by phone, once we get a confirmation for repairing through email, our trusted forwarder (DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, GLS, ets..) will be sent to you. Noting that we also have express transportation to come and pick the product within 24 hours.

Please to make sure that before the courier arrives, the machine is well packaged & isolated in a solid carton – more preferable to use the original carton from the manufacturer – to avoid any damage within the transport process.

Repairing will be done within 2 days once we confirm the payment, & the machine will be shipped immediately from our warehouse.
